Homeschool Outerwear has a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase from a Homeschool Authorized Dealer. The warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents (rips, tears, or burns), excessive abuse of, misuse or untintended use, impacts of any kind, cosmetic issues, or damage related to, or resulting from, modifications made after purchase.

The warranty is non-transferable, and proof of purchase from an authorized Homeschool dealer is required for product replacement or repair. Click here for a list of Authorized Homeschool Dealers. Homeschool Outerwear reserves the right to repair or replace gear at its own discretion.

What to do if you think you have a Homeschool Outerwear claim?

If you think you have a defective product, take it back to the place of purchase from a Homeschool Authorized Dealer, who will assist you in taking the best course of action. The dealer will then contact our returns department for a Return Authorization number, so the product can be sent back and inspected.

Alternatively, if you purchased you product from an Authorized online dealer, or homeschoolouterwear.com, you can contact the Homeschool return department (info@homeschoolouterwear.com) and arrange to send the defective product back yourself.

Once contacted, the returns department will be in contact with you regarding the next steps you need to take.
