RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please email us at info@hs-outerwear.com to initiate a return or exchange. We will contact you back within 24 hours and initiate the return process with you, including providing you with all information necessary to send us back your purchase. We will gladly return or exchange your item within 30 days from purchase provided it is in unused condition (with tags attached). Exchanges will be processed within 7 days from the day we receive the merchandise. Returns can expect a full refund to your credit card in 7 to 14 days from the day we receive the returned gear. In some cases, it may take an additional two weeks to appear on your credit card statement. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, unless the product is defective (see below) or there was an error in the original shipment to you.

We recommend using a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that can provide you with tracking information to assist you with a faster exchange. We are not responsible for your item until we have received it in our warehouse. Turnaround time for repairs may take up to 6 weeks. Any further questions please email us info@hs-outerwear.com

WARRANTY POLICY

Homeschool Outerwear offers a two-year warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects when purchased from an authorized Homeschool retailer or directly from us via our web site at homeschoolouterwear.com. Please keep your proof of purchase information which is either a sales receipt or specific information regarding your purchase on our web site. Homeschool Outerwear will, at our discretion, repair or replace (with an existing comparable product) the defective product.

BEFORE YOUR SEND US A WARRANTY OR OTHER TYPE OF RETURN, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE A PROOF OF PURCHASE AND A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ISSUED BY A HOMESCHOOL OUTERWEAR REPRESENTATIVE.
